TriColor Mango & Cucumber Smoothie

Its time to celebrate our independence day with tri color smoothie. Yes, mango & cucumber smoothie along with cream makes it a nutritional drink and helps in making a tri color smoothie in few minutes.

  1. To create green base of smoothie, put cucumber, coriander leaves, mint leaves, honey or sugar, salt (pinch) with ice cubes in a blender and mix it to create a semi liquid form.
  2. Now add a paste of cream and sugar mixture to this green base for a second layer of white color.
  3. Orange color layer can be added with mangoes and apricot. Put these 3 bases in freezer for half an hour. Pour these three bases in order of green, white and orange. Tri-color smoothie is ready.
