Doi Chira Recipe

Chira is basically a traditional ingredient which is used to prepare snacks. This dish is easy to prepare and does not involve any cooking.

  1. Firstly wee need to chill the yogurt in the freezer.
  2. Now wash the chira and then soak it into the water for some time.
  3. Add the soaked chira into the yogurt and sugar.
  4. Keep the prepared mixture into the refrigerator to chill.
  5. Finally serve it.
