Thinly sliced dill pickles

Sliced honey ham

Cuban-style roasted pork

Sliced Genoa Salami

Cuban Sandwich Recipe

A Cuban Sandwich is a sandwich which is made with variations of ham and cheese. It can be topped with ham, roasted pork, Swiss Cheese, pickles, mustard and salami on the Cuban Bread.

  1. Firstly, we need to preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Now lay the bread slice onto a work surface and spread the top and bottom halves with mustard.
  3. Layer the bottom and top halves with Swiss cheese.
  4. Now on the lower halves of all the bread slices, layer them with pickles, ham, roasted pork and salami.
  5. Close the sandwiches by pressing them gently.
  6. Butter the top and bottom of the sandwiches on the large skillet and press them onto the skillet until they are crisp on both sides for about 10 minutes.
  7. Slice the sandwiches into half by cutting them diagonally.
  8. Serve immediately.
