Creamy Macaroni Recipe

Macaroni is type of pasta. Originally originated from Greece, it is a popular dish in India. Kids love to eat it as a breakfast  or as evening snacks. Usually macaroni is made as a dry dish. I have made it a bit creamy.

  1. Boil macaroni and corn.
  2. Cut some vegetables including broccoli, mushrooms, onion, garlic and tomatoes.
  3. Prepare a white sauce.
  4. Add these vegetables to white sauce along with macaroni and boiled corn.
  5. Let it cook at a low flame for 15 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, put it in a plate in layers. First layer will be only dry vegetables macaroni.
  7. Spread the white sauce across as a second layer.
  8. Add hrebs as third layer and creamy macaroni is ready.
